Are you happy to hear about another solar farm erecting on east main road here in Portsmouth? 

Do you think it is about going green? We can tell you it is all about money.  Some Portsmouth residents feel entitled to do as they please and you bow to them. Why is the Portsmouth Town Council very mum on this one? Were favors paid for them to pass it this year vice last year?
