I am thrilled to declare my candidacy for the Portsmouth Town Council in the upcoming election.
As a lifelong Portsmouth resident, married to Michael, the proprietor of RI Hardwoods & Tile, my community ties are strong. My children, grandchildren, and I have all been educated in local schools. My active participation in council meetings and collaborations with various committees and groups has given me a unique perspective and deep connection to our town. I plan to use this insight to help restore balance and enable Portsmouth to develop in a sensible way, preserving our town’s rural character through proper resident notification and involvement.
I serve on the Board of Directors for the Senior Center, Portsmouth Housing Authority, Parks & Recreation, and Youth Football and Cheer. I am also the Club President of the Portsmouth Tiverton Rotary and a member of the Rotary District Finance Committee.
Since my 2022 campaign, I have gained valuable insights into our town’s persistent issues and concerns. I believe that change can be achieved through transparency by anyone with a genuine desire to make a difference. My goal is to use my accumulated knowledge and experience to enhance Portsmouth.
I am committed to addressing challenges with transparency, openness, and progressive thinking. My dedication is to work relentlessly for the betterment of Portsmouth and the well-being of our entire community.

• Cast votes aimed at managing tax rates
• Oppose the development of offshore wind farms and roundabouts
• Promote local enterprises and public education
• Support the Transfer Station and All Residents of Portsmouth!
